What We Do

Green Gate Consulting (GGC) is an international business consulting firm specializing in assisting U.S. and European environmental technology companies to take advantage of opportunities for direct investments and strategic foreign business partnerships. Green Gate Consulting combines its Washington-based management and marketing operations with its networks in the field, and it effectively offers services to U.S. and European environmental companies seeking trade and investment opportunities respectively in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, India and the United States. Green Gate Consulting is a woman owned, multilingual firm dynamically responding to the growing demand for environmental services worldwide.

Knowledge management and information sharing are the company's vital tools. The mission of Green Gate Consulting is to help U.S. and European environmental technology companies sell their products or services to foreign markets and therefore expand their operations. The goal of Green Gate Consulting is to grow the profitability of its clients and to maximize their net income by increasing revenues and adding new markets to their portfolios. The process of accomplishing this goal is a customized and tailored export service that meets the specific needs of our clients, and that guides U.S. and European environmental companies through the process of entering new business opportunities abroad.

We do not have a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, we listen to our clients, master the details of the challenges they encounter while trying to enter international markets, and then with our knowledge of international business, we craft a tailored strategy.

  • We connect our clients to opportunities in new markets by introducing them to appropriate counterparts, and by helping them understand and navigate foreign markets.
  • We solve complex business problems regarding entrance into foreign markets, and we deliver tangible and sustainable results that yield long-term value for our clients.
  • We foster lasting relationships with leading local and international players across different environmental sectors, and help our clients create win-win strategies for long-term success.
  • We expand our clients’ business capabilities, helping them realize key growth and revenue opportunities.

There are many entities that offer guidance on how to establish and how to grow a business in a foreign country, but they lack the personal approach for meeting individual and diverse needs. Green Gate Consulting offers a "one stop shop" that promises tailored assistance to U.S. and European environmental firms who wish to expand their operations abroad, but do not have the time nor the necessary resources to accomplish complex expansion projects.

Green Gate Consulting guides its clients through all the necessary stages to achieve success and presence in foreign markets. By partnering with us our clients do not have to look for any other resource to accomplish international success. We grow when our clients grow, so we treat our clients’ companies and their business goals as our own, and we are fully dedicated to their success.

The Idea Behind Establishing GGC

Green Gate Consulting was born from the growing demand for environmental products and services worldwide. With the global market for environmental technologies expected to reach over $900 billion by 2013, U.S and European environmental firms continue to seek diversification by exploring new sales opportunities. While the U.S. market is the largest and most mature single market for environmental technologies, foreign markets, particularly those of developing countries, continue to grow at a higher rate and offer attractive opportunities for U.S. and European companies.
